Update your wallet and check that it supports the NU7 vote. Vizor, Zodl, and Zkool support voting; Keystone hardware wallets work with the voting system.
Make sure your ZEC is spendable, shielded, and in Ironwood before the snapshot. Allow plenty of time for the transaction to confirm and for your wallet to sync.
Starting August 25, open the vote in your wallet, review each question, choose an option or abstain, and submit before .

This voting system is designed so no one can track your ZEC amount per vote.
Validators cannot see how much ZEC an individual uses to vote, or connect that amount to a particular answer.
Individual ballots are encrypted. When voting ends, only the combined totals for each answer can be revealed. Each vote is also split into 16 unlinkable ballots to further protect balance privacy.
Wallet RPC services may see your IP address, as in ordinary wallet use. Tor, Nym, or a VPN can help obscure that connection.

Now available
If you used the previous voting process with a Keystone, you can use your Keystone hardware wallet with this voting system too. Keystone continues to control the keys that secure your ZEC, so you do not need to move your funds out of Keystone. Follow the current instructions in your supported wallet.
